SHIPPING TIME

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and 80% of our customers receive their products within 5 to 10 business days.

Please, allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and unfortunately, there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

Max delivery time –  After 30 business days you keep the product and we will fully refund you!

WE SHIP TO OVER 100 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and fully refund you!

 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Hand It is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking code can only be sent after the product has been shipped, this normally does not exceed 72 hours. Thank you for your understanding!

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please CONTACT US.

 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Because we are trying to do our best to avoid you to pay for fess in your country.
